Well, I've survived the first two days back at work. My co-workers made my first day back smooth and easy for me. It was very nice. They made me feel so special and so missed. I walked into my desk area and they printed pictures of Aubrey and put them up. Then co-workers in my dept signed little cards and post-it notes and put them all around my desk to find and had a big banner above my desk welcoming me back. They also took me out for a nice lunch :-) It was really great to see all of them again.

Aubrey is doing pretty good at daycare. Her naps are sort of out of whack, short and sort of sporadic but I'm sure she'll get used to it in no time. I think as the week goes on and the longer I'm away from Aubrey, the harder it will be! My drive to work is the hardest but by the time I start working and get busy I forget and it does get easier.

I'm so glad I get a 3-day weekend with my girl Aubrey Rose! She better get used to me in her face!

I'm glad to hear your first days back at work went well. The folks at CM are a good group that way. The time spent away from Aubrey will only make the time you spend together seem more precious.
