28-Weeks

(somebody else had to be in the picture this month!)

It's like the moment I turned 28-weeks, I'm suddenly uncomfortable. Okay, it's not that bad yet... but sleeping is getting uncomfortable. I've made friends again with the couch :) It reminds me of when I was pregnant with Aubrey. My back went out a couple weeks ago. I went to the chiropractor and I was cured! If it goes out again, I'll be going back for sure - lifesavor!


I had my 28-week appt last week. The heart rate was 150. The baby had the hiccups when the doctor was moving the doppler on my belly. It was funny, my belly just kept moving!


I started getting heartburn... very similar to when I was pregnant with Aubrey. Around the same time too. So far, TUMS takes care of it. I've been feeling pressure/tightness in my belly this week, I think I had that last time too. I've had two leg cramps so far. I think those are almost worse than labor. The 2nd one, my calf hurt for days after! All glorious battle wounds of motherhood :-)


Aubrey said the most funny things yesterday where Joe & I look at each other and say, "did she just say that?!" We were outside playing and our neighbor was on a walk going past the house when Aubrey says, "she's hard at work". Then in the bathtub last night she says as she's laying on her back, "I'm floating away!" Sometimes, I think of her as a baby yet, but then she goes & says things like that.


Oh yeah Aubrey, Mommy forgot you are growing up.
