This 4-letter magical word came to us on Joe's birthday in January when we sold our house. December & January were crazy busy with lots of showings. We think the nice winter helped with having more traffic those months. If I don't ever have to prepare for another showing or open house in my life, I will be a happy camper!

So we are on to the next big adventure - building our new home. We are excited & overwhelmed all at the same time. We've been busy with all the details & planning that goes into building a house. Some of it is fun (like picking out flooring, lighting, colors, etc.) but some of it is not (keeping all the details organized & staying on top of things).
So in these next few months we'll try to make as many memories as we can in our current house. It will definately be bittersweet and you can be sure there will be tears the last day in this house.
Aubrey is excited for her "new" room in her new house. She said she wants pink & green walls with pink carpet. Well, Joe said no to the pink carpet but we'll give her the pink & green walls.
I'm most looking forward to just having more space!
And If you are ever in the babysitting mood, PLEASE CALL US. We have been needing babysitters a lot lately to run errands for the house! The girls would love to play with you!
