So it's been over a year

I guess with the world of Facebook, not many people do personal blogs anymore. But I think they each have their own purpose. I have no idea if I will keep it updated but for some reason got a bug to post tonight.

So we have been busy in the last year and a half. Like really busy. We built a new house, new shed, moved, and had our 3rd baby to name just a few of the biggies.

Baby Greta is 4 months old today and what a joy she brings to our family. She is such a good baby. Her personality so far is laid back and quiet. I'm told this is common with the third child!  She just loves to watch her sisters. I know she can't wait to grow a "little bigger" and join in their fun (ok and fights).

Greta's 4-month stats from her appt today:
Weight: 14.6 lbs - 54%
Height: 24.5" - 52% (much taller than her sisters were at this age)

She was really REALLY upset about her shots. But who wouldn't be?  Poor baby.

Aubrey is enjoying Kindergarten. She is one of the top readers and writers in her class. This does not surprise us as letters/numbers has always been her interest. She knew her ABCs at age 2 and used to "outsmart" the 4-year olds at daycare as Janet would tell me. Her teacher says she is a joy to have in class and is enthusiastic about pretty much anything they do in class. It makes me so happy to hear this.

Aubrey is in swimming lessons, dance class will start up again in February, and in April she will be in gymnastics. She loves to stay busy!

Clara's spunk keeps me on my toes all day. That girl has a way of warming hearts let me tell you. It is hard to say no to her! Everyday she says the funniest things. I love her age right now. This is what she said to me this morning:
Me: Clara lets get your winter coat on
Clara: Ugh. Why do I always have to wear this coat? It's boring. It makes me so bored.
I'm thinking, are coats supposed to be entertaining?  Hahaha.

Once a week Clara & I attend a playgroup and/or storytime class thru ECFE (so far it's worked to bring Greta with) and she gets to visit her Janet friends once a week too.
She's looking forward to her 1st swim lessons this summer. In the fall she FINALLY gets to join dance class like big sis and go to preschool. She is growing up!

Life with 3 is really busy and very little down time. There's always something going on and I love it!
