The convention went great. It was a lot of work and lots of fun too. The most exciting part was at the closing session when they brought all the “home office” staff that was still there on the main stage – IN FRONT OF 3,000 PEOPLE – and applauded us for all our hard work. Then we walked the “runway” part of the stage and got cheers and high-fives from hundreds of people while tons and tons of confetti fell to the ground (or in our hair or down our shirts). It was truly an amazing experience.
Here’s a picture of my co-worker and I during the catwalk part. Ok, so minus the blue confetti in front of my face, this is a great picture!

Joe was a busy-body while I was gone. He completely transformed our garage into a brand-new-looking garage! He cleaned it out, painted all the walls and even the ceiling and added all nice new white shelving. When I first saw it, it was like glowing! It looks amazing. Way to go Joe!
Joe and Oscar are glad I’m home (Oscar was like, thanks a lot for leaving me alone with the big guy who hates me). Now I’m just playing catch-up at home and work :)
